Wanted one of these for years and finally bought one, should have bought it years ago. Simple to use, major labor saver, especially if you're into bread making. Kneading dough for long minutes, depending on the recipe, can get tiresome. Letting the mixer do the grunt work, frees up time allowing me to keep my work station clean and prepped, and generally making the process so much more efficient.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the ease with which my KitchenAid Artisan Stand Mixer helps me create wonderful salads, entrees, and baked goods. I couldn't run my kitchen without it--and I can't wait to try the 5-blade spiralizer I just ordered to add to the several other attachments that aid me in my culinary endeavors.
