A kitchenaid was the only thing on my Christmas list! I was happy to receive! I enjoy baking for family and friends and special events. I have only ever baked with a hand mixer. I recently put the kitchenaid to the text with some gingerbread cookie dough. It was wonderful! So convenient! The shield is prefect for the flour and powder sugar. No more messy counters. I am looking forward to using it more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At last I own a kitchenaid mixer. First of all it mixes great and I love the red color. My dislike is the plastic cover for keeping splashing accidents and pouring ingredients through. The plastic cover seems to always come off centered and seems to take away from the wonderful mixer it is!
