This is a wonderful mixer that handles all the tough stuff. I enjoy making large dishes, mostly deserts. Some are very thick and can burn up a lesser quality mixer. My new KitchenAid purrs right through the job like a fine tuned luxury car. I love it!

I have wanted this kitchen aid for a long time now and finally got it for Christmas. I didn't know this machine could be used for so many different things in the kitchen. Absolutely love it. I have used it to make pasta (duh), mix meatloaf (hands free!), a 4 layer chocolate cake, and chocolate chip cookies!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've wanted a Kitchenaid stand mixer for many years. I finally was able to get one and I couldn't be happier. I have used it so many times, at least 3 times a week. Best mashed potatoes I ever made, cookie batter is so much easier to mix and bread making is a breeze. At 65 years old my arthritis made mixing a painful job. You can't slow me down now! Incredibly quiet.

Mom had one in harvest gold in the 1970s that my brother is still using. My ex-husband bought one just to make cookies, then our daughters took a cake decorating class, and he loaned it to me. Then the ex started dieting and said, just keep the mixer. HOORAY! It's amazing! Get one! You won't be sorry!
