I ordered the mixer online and so I have only used the dough hook, which has worked like a dream. I am a bread baker, and anticipate using the mixer a great deal for this function. I love the ease of tossing the ingredients in the bowl and having the dough come out a short while later ready to rise. I also like how easy it is to separate the dough from the hook.
