I haven't baked this much in years! My mixer makes it so much easier to make breads, cakes, cookies etc. Ice cream is so easy to make with the ice cream attachment. I especially love the flex edge attachment because it cleans the bowl so well. I think I need another one for my sumber home in Minnesota !

This is my fourth Kitchenaid mixer. I use them quite often for anything and everything. I really like the size of the Artisan Mixer. It's slightly smaller than the professional series, which I've always had, but it still does the job well and saves some counter space.
