Bigger bowl, same size beater?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had many Kitchen Aid mixers throughout my lifetime. They have served me well. Unfortunately it is difficult finding a shop to repair them. So I bought this new one with a bigger bowl. Unfortunately, the beater is short of the top of the bowl by about 3 inches so ingredients at the top of the bowl do not get mixed unless I keep stopping and pushing them down into the bowl. I still love the product, just wish it had a taller beater.

At first it took a little getting familiar with the unit, but overall it has performed exceptionally well. I'd suggest adding another bowl, cover and scrapper paddle. once a acquired, you can bake up a storm.
I haven't run across any dough mix that it can't handle.
