For me, this product has made baking sooooo much easier than simply using a hand mixer. I'm able to make twice the amount of buttercream icing, royal icing, and more in less time than imagined. I've recently purchased two new attachments (ice cream maker and slicer/shredder), which I'm anxious to try out.

This year, for my Christmas present to myself, I decided to buy a KitchenAid mixer after using a hand mixer for years. The other day, I made a pound cake using my new mixer. I Just Love It!!! I love the ease of use, the sound of it, and the texture of my cake was outstanding. My guests raved about how wonderful the cake tasted. I may have to start a new cake making business because everyone wants me to make them a cake. I don't know how I went so long without this mixer.
