I did have a little issue with the bowl that came with my mixer. It kept popping out of the locked position, but I called customer service and they quickly put in an order for a replacement bowl! Customer service is more that half the product itself! A great product isn't good if the customer service is terrible! I've been trying tons of new recipes and love that my mixer does all my work for me!! LOVE LOVE LOVE!! there is a small defect with the aluminum strip but doesn't effect the use of the machine.

I cannot believe the ease of using this machine!! And I realized that I can use all the old as well as the new attachments because Kitchen Aid has never changed the front housing so I can use my mom's attachments too! I have recommended my mixer to my friends and family.

I use the kitchen aid mixer for almost every meal I make. Chicken salad is so easy when you put the warm chicken in the mixer and use the paddle to break up the chicken breast. No more sore arms from chopping so much chicken. It shreds it so nicely
