Great product.. it's a well thought out oiled machine that has been proved a reliable mixer and tops its competitors! It comes in at a good price and a variety of colours! What I love about this mixer I can add many accessories to enhance this machine which makes it a multiprocessor, i can use it for many different skills! I like the guarantee it comes with! I purchased my personal mixers from working with the KitchenAid in a commercial environment, they just go and go! I highly recommend this product!

This is the third Artisan mixer I have purchased over several years. I also purchased a commercial mixer two years ago. I have loved my mixers but this last mixer is not
operating like my others. It does not lock the head tightly and bounces slightly when mixing. It has a sound when operating that makes it sound like a less expencive mixer.
This is the first time I have been disappointed in a KitchenAid product.
