I've wanted one of these for a long time now. I am finally a proud owner of a stand mixer. I've only had it for a few weeks now but I am still on cloud nine about it. It makes baking easier and more enjoyable. I can't wait for the holiday season to come so I can put this mixer to serious work. Looking forward to obtaining more attachments as well. Hope it lasts me a lifetime!

Great Product! But wire whip attachment is flimsy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this last month (March) as a gift to myself. I was happy with this mixer as it is very easy to use. I must have given 5 stars for this review but I’m disappointed with the quality of the 11-Wire Whip Bowl-Lift Stand Mixer Attachment. The wire whip attachment was damaged after its first use. One wire broke and then the entire assembly was deformed. Another disappointment is the customer service. After the wire whip was broken I immediately ordered a replacement. I paid for it since I’m not sure if its covered with the warranty but, until now the replacement has not arrive yet and no tracking information was sent through email or text message. I will still file a warranty claim for this.
