35 years ago I got a nice hand mixer for a wedding present and it just broke down, so my daughter-in-law-got one of these and she kept raving about it.I love that I can be multi-tasking in the kitchen, and it works like a dream! My soon to be other daughter-in-law just got one for her bridal shower and she loved it! I don't know why I didn't have one sooner?

I bought my Artisan four days ago, and have used it six times already. I seriously can't believe it works so well. I'm kicking myself for not buying one years ago. It's so convenient and efficient, plus clean-up is a snap. I think possibly the best feature is it's noise level—it's quieter than my hand mixer! It's well worth the extra cost of the KitchenAid over other brands, proving that you really do get what you pay for.
