[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always wanted a KitchenAid stand mixer - (we named her Gertie) - I love that she just keeps going while I am hands free to prep the next or add ingredients. She's made it so easy to whip up anything! Why did I wait so long?

I haven't given the mixer a rigorous workout yet, but I was AMAZED at how beautiful a job it did at making pie dough. I've ALWAYS made pie dough by hand and thought I'd try out the dough hooks instead of hand cutting. Needless to say, I'll never be making pie dough again without the help of my mixer!

So much more power than my old stand mixer. Like the tilt head feature. I do wish the slider for the speeds moved a little easier. I like the handle on the bowl too. I look forward to having this mixer for a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Kitchen Aid stand mixer years ago and loved it until it met an unfortunate end. It took a few years but when we bought our new home I promised myself a new one. I didn't realize just how much I missed it. Cookies, cakes, all the things I was trying to do with an old hand mixer, have been made easy again. And this new one is very easy to clean.
