[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this mixer specifically to help make Christmas cookies, which had started to become more like a chore because of the exhausting amount of mixing by hand that was involved. This stand mixer is AMAZING...even the thick gingerbread dough came together effortlessly. I'm very pleased with the attachments (again, that dough hook is a lifesaver when it comes to thicker doughs), and I can't wait to add more accessories. Oh, it looks awesome in my kitchen, too! Even though this purchase was made for cookie-making, I'm no longer intimidated when I see a recipe that calls for mixing, so this mixer will see a lot more use!

I am 57 years old and have waited my whole life to own a Kitchen aid stand Mixer. My husband ordered this for me for an early Christmas present to help with my baking needs.
It is amazing! I am totally in love with everything about it, from the beautiful espresso color (which matches my cabinets) to the quiet powerful motor. Everything is made so easy to control. It is so much faster to use then a hand mixer, plus you are free to do other things while it is mixing for you. I would Highly recommend this mixer. Love, Love, Love it!

I've had this mixer for a couple years now and it's incredible. I have several attachments for it like the spiralizer, pasta maker, and food processor. I use this mixer for everything from making all types and shapes of pasta to spiralizing zucchini to resemble spaghetti, mixing with pasta sauce.
