Kitchen Aid Nightmare!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered my red Kitchen Aid mixer on December 26 with some gift cards I received for Christmas. It arrived days later. I was very excited! I had an older model that was on it’s last leg. I gave that one to a neighbor to make room for my new one. I went to use it for the first time, just to find out it was broken! When I plugged it in, it started up and made a terribly loud sound from it’s motor! The only way to turn it off was to unplug it! Returning it was a nightmare! As of today, I now have no mixer and no refunded gift cards! My son researched this model and turns out it has this problem! Heartbreaking!

No question. The best mixer on the market

I've had the mixer for about 5 years in cobalt blue. I've added accessories and it does everything I ask of it effortlessly. Fun and easy to use and looks great on my counter top. Can't understand anyone wasting money on any other mixer.

Why I never bought one sooner? Baking isn't as intimidating.
We use it almost every day.

It’s so quiet and very efficient!!! I love that I can make large batches of cookies, mix bread dough or make delicate desserts. It’s so versatile!!
