I have been thinking of purchasing a Kitchenaid mixer for years, but always found a reason to talk myself out of spending the money on myself. After the first use I was kicking myself for waiting so long to purchase. It cuts my prep time in half and the results are amazing! I am finding myself coming up with things just to use my new mixer. Cleanup is a sinch and it looks beautiful on my counter. I love walking into my kitchen and seeing it there. Every person that has seen it has complimented how pretty it is. If you are on the fence, go for it!

I make all kinds of bread with my mixer, and it does a wonderful job! My breads turn out great! I also use it to make cookies, quick breads, cakes and pies. It makes it so easy to do all those things! Before I got my Artisan, I hated baking, now, I love to bake, and my family and friends love it too!
