Problem with low hydrated dough

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When mixing low hydrated dough, the machine wobbles and the head or the neck would be bounced bit by bit to unlock position. Maybe it's not enough horsepower for the recipe. For regular bread dough, there is no problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

After using it many times, this is what she thinks...
