Have waited so long to be able to purchase this mixer and finally have enjoyed using it! I have arthritice in my hands and this is such a tremendous help. Loved making relishes using the old fashion hand grinder and with this new attachment am able to get the same consistency.

I love this mixer. 5 quarts is the perfect size for me because I don't bake huge quantities at a time (Just a batch of cookies or a loaf of bread per use.) Design and functionality are great. Using the dough hook is so much easier than kneading by hand, and my bread always turns out great. My only complaint is that I've noticed when there's some particularly heavy/sticky dough and the mixer has to work extra hard, sometimes the switch that locks the mixing head will unlock, causing the machine to bounce around a bit until I relock it.
Pros: easy to use, Innovative, Design
