This was a wedding present from my grandma who also has a Kitchenaid Mixer. We have used it for making cookies, pizza dough, and even cheesecake! My husband and I absolutely love it!

I will be able at the holidays to be able to bake more, because it is easier than using a hand mixer and faster. I October I hosted a tea and , unfortunately, I only had a hand mixer and my sponge cake was not as light as it should be. I had to start and stop mixer to crack and egg one at a time etc.

So easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a Christmas gift and zi love it. I thought using and cleaning would take a lot of time, learning curve. But no, I keep it on the counter because it is pretty and so simple to use. Now instead of forks I even use it to quickly and perfectly shred chicken for soup. I’m amazed at all of the uses. It definitely has made it easier and more to cook and bake.

Took the Plunge!

I have baked two of my all time favorite cakes, each on 3 occasions. Having my new mixer has cut my prep time tremendously!
