I received this as a gift and have loved using it! Controls are easy as well as switching out the different components. I was using a hand mixer before this and it is so much better to have the mixer and bowl connect with eachother. I can start mixing something and leave it to do something else

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got my tangerine mixer but I have not used it yet. I am waiting to make some cookies. But it is a valuable asset for my kitchen. My cousin wants one but you have not made the color she wants. It is Turquoise. She want one in this color.

I received the mixer (in red) for my 75th birthday and mother's day gift. Up until now I have been using a GE hand mixer that I received as a wedding present in 1961 - it still works! However it does not and never did have the power of my new mixer - I can make all sorts of things. And, what a relief it is to be able to continue with other parts of the recipe while the mixer is doing it's thing. Adding ingredients is such a breeze - no stopping and restarting. The first thing I made was a brown sugar, sour cream bundt cake - delicious!
