I bought myself the watermelon Kitchen Aid for Christmas. A much coveted item for me, finally having one and I'm not disappointed! Easy to use and clean, I enjoy using this appliance. My baked goods are particularly better, with better mixing and more robust power than a hand mixer. Highly recommend!

I'm in love with my Artisan 5 quart mixer. I have mixed anything and everything in this baby. It doesn't lag.
I have made dough for dog biscuits which is pretty dry and stiff with no problem. I love the fact that you can purchase different attachments. If you love to bake, this is the mixer for you....

This is a great product! It mixes everything so quickly. No more hand cramps from holding a hand mixer. Only once did I have a problem and the fault was mine. I was so excited to use it I forgot the difference between clockwise and counterclockwise so the bowl wasn't secure. I haven't made that mistake again. :)
The paddle and whisk are super easy to put on. The shield is very useful. I haven't tried the slicer/shredder yet, but I can't wait to use it to make fresh salads instead of packaged.
