I do A LOT of big batch baking and have been mixing everything by hand for years, I finally broke down and bought a hand held mixer a couple months ago and broke it the second time I used it. :(
I've only had my kitchen aide for two weeks but I have used it to shred chicken, mix roll dough, make several batches of cookies, a batch of brownies, and icing. The paddle attachment is GREAT for dough and so much better than making my arms hurt from mixing endless cups of flour.
We asked for the Spiralizer for Christmas and cannot wait to try it out!
