I am 59 years old. I have wanted a Kitchenaid mixer since I was a young girl. I could never afford to purchase one. Well I am finally able to purchase one and I am so very happy I did. What a difference using a Kitchenaid makes in my recipes!!! the dough comes out so light and airy. My cakes are not heavy and dense. My cookies are not heavy bricks anymore!! I love my Kitchenaid. I would tell anyone that is thinking of purchasing a Kitchenaid to not wait, get one as soon as you can!

I finally had a chance to use the mixer and made a Chocolate Fudge Cake. In the past I used a small hand held mixer, which. My wife and I received as a wedding gift 49 years ago. It worked ok, but the new mixer is the cats meow.

And for grinding meat for different recipes for my family.
