The power of the motor is great; when I used it to make a sweet potato pie it cut down on the time it took to mix it. I also purchased a grinder and loved using it to make sausage for the first time. Would not trade it for anything.

I find that I pull out my small hand mixer more frequently for quick small jobs than my Kitchen Aid but it is better for jobs where you need your hands free. love the colors you can choose from. it will be n our family for many years to come.

My Kitchen-Aid can handle it! It lives on my counter right next to the stove and is a huge blessing. I use it constantly. I also have the Kitchen-Aid food processor and I use it every day. It made my canning this year soooo much faster and easier.
