I got this mixer to help speed up the cookie making process for our daughter's Grad Party. This mixer was amazing!! Not only did it cut the cookie dough making time to nothing, I also used it to mix cheese straw & sausage ball dough ... I had unbelievable results & compared to mixing by hand there is no question how nice a kitchen appliance this mixer is. I would buy it again as well as recommend it to others.

This is so much better than hand mixing! I can't believe I waited so long. Works great! Minus one star because the bowl and the mixers are not dishwasher safe, and the machine is still very expensive.
