Bread Making Made Easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have made several batches of bread using our new Kitchen Aid Artisan Stand Mixer. It makes the process so much easier. My only complaint is that it is 22 pounds heavy and I strained a muscle pulling out of a cupboard. I recommend that this machine is stored at a level where there is no stooping involved to get it in and out of its storage space.
