Not what they used to be

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received a few weeks ago, DOA, did not work, I removed the brushes on the side and reset them back in and it came to life. Most likely an assembly issue. The overall quality and durability of these mixer seems to have gone down over the years. Most likely to maintain profits while dealing with increased labor and material costs.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Frosting maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how fast this works to make cream cheese frosting and filling, my other mixer was not up to the task anymore and I needed to make 5 batches of cream cheese frosting for a baby shower. I can’t wait to try making my cake batters and more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Christmas Gift. I haven't baked in awhile, so this was like starting over. Made a fruity tea cake, and of course, it was wonderful. So I'm back to baking, can't wait to make bread. altho that bowl is a little small for that. Anyway, couldn't be happier with it. and I love the Red!

No Paddle Attachment Included in Box

Addition to my recent review: No paddle attachment included in the box! The second defective mixer is going back anyway along with the first one. Is there no quality control at the factory? Is the foreman asleep at the wheel? Both machines arrived looking used! My 25 year-old Classic never had a problem except a dried out power-cord. Just wanted a bigger bowl and fun color. What a heartbreaking disappointment. You would think with so many negative reviews about the stainless steel bowls leaving the factory with a nasty residue to machines jumping off countertops and failing motors, Whirpool (KA sadlly was acquired by Whirlpool) would address the issues and build better machines. This isn't the Kitchen Aid of your mother's day.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I can’t believe it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] An obvious kitchen game changer. I’ve been using my mixer for a few months now and I can’t imagine ever NOT using it. It cuts prep time down to nearly half, easy to clean, easy to use. Extremely nice quality..I’m still in shock every time I use it.
