I simply bought this kitchenaid mixer because my aunt had an older one and could process tomato juice in no time with an attachment. I spent hours after hours peeling, decoring and deseeding tomatoes out of our garden for juice. After purchasing this and the grinder/juicer, we were able to put up 24 quarts of pure tomato juice in less than 4 hours from start to finish !
