[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this at Christmas, or thereabouts, and love the product. Don’t love being on hold an average of 45 minutes to talk to anyone at call center. Motor is a little loud at slow speed. Looking forward to expanding its use with accessories in the future.

I have had a Kitchen-Aid for years now. I had a problem with it, and bought a new one. Then I found a repairman not too far away, and had it repaired. Then I let our granddaughter have the new one and I kept mine.
A few years ago I baked 600 dozen cookies for a doctor's group - and I couldn't have done it without my Kitchen-Aid.
Now our granddaughter is using hers to bake and sell cakes and cupcakes.
Just can't imagine using any other kind.
I liked mine so much that our daughter got one, and she loves hers too.
