I bought this because I wanted a larger mixer. My dad bought my first one, a 4.5 qt in 1996. It was well used. I cannot say enough good things about it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've bought this stand mixer about two months ago and I'm so pleased with its performance. I bake a lot for my family and this mixer makes the job much easier. It is a little pricey, but its a good investment.
