Disappointed!

I have always wanted one of these mixers so when my Sunbeam died after 10 years I bought a KitchenAid Artisan. I expected so much more out of this mixer. It doesn’t matter what I am making, there is some of the mixture in the bottom of the bowl that has not been touched by the paddle. Therefore I have to hand mix it in and it’s very frustrating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been trying to reach for three days, the system does not approve the return, the customer service does not respond, I can say that today is the worst shopping site in America.
