I love my artisan mixer. Homemade bread is so so easy, I really look forward to making loaves every week. It's easy to attach the paddle mixer and walk away to do something else. I wish I had a cover for the mixer bowl, then I could use it for many other things, such as storage.dependable, powerful, looks great.

I wish I had this mixer years ago. The color willow blue is very regal looking. Somehow not having to pick up my hand mixer and put it in the sink to avoid mixing spatter makes baking so much faster and cleaner. Even whipping cream there is no spatter. Have made mashed potatoes and mashed sweet potatoes for a casserole and both turned out great using the mixing paddle. Mmmm, what shall I bake next?!
