I never thought I needed this until my husband gave me this for the holidays. I did not use it for 2 weeks, too intimidated by its looks. Once I opened the box and took it out I fell instantly in love with its color and sleek look. My first use gave me 2 amazing great tasting loaves of bread! I was hooked. There are only 2 days in the week that I don't use it. It stays on my counter because it really looks like a piece of art! I have arthritis and kneading gave me a lot of discomfort, my KitchenAid was a great present!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I got this as a surprise gift from my husband for Christmas and have already used it a ton. It's so great, especially when I find and use recipes that call for a stand mixer. I am sure I will have and use this for the rest of my life!

This is the second KitchenAid mixer I have owned. The other one was 18 years old. I love it. I can mix very thick cookie dough with it without any problems. I wouldn't want to be without it.

I have only had my mixer for a couple months and find it easy to use. It has the power to mix even the heaviest batters. I do wish there was a second, smaller bowl with the mixer. Due to the raised area in the middle of the bottom of the bowl, ingredients don't always get mixed without additional stirring. A flat bottom bowl would be better.
Pros: Innovative, Convenient Features, easy to use, Performance
Cons: uneven bottom in bowl.
