Until I owned a Kitchen Aid mixer I cooked very little. My husband gave me a Kitchen Aid for Christmas last year and I am cooking up a storm and loving it.
No more kneading bread so we now have home made bread, roles etc. often.

I purchased this unit to replace my current KitchenAid stand mixer which my spouse accidently turned on with all the mixing attachments in the bowl...she managed to strip the gears before we unplugged the machine...lesson learned...always insure the mixer has been unplugged after using!!!
