I've made so many delicious foods since receiving the mixer for Christmas. Will be trying my hand at bread making this weekend.

My mom's Sunbeam from 1957 finally burnt out. I am 67 years old and always wanted commercial grade so I bought. Very heavy but still moves slightly when working w it. I dont use too much but treated myself to the ice cream attachment which we are using more than other stuff. Still summer here and too hot to bake but planning on lots of usage. Wish I had gotten one years ago. I also purchased a cover only b/c it has a nice pocket on side for instruction book and beaters. All in one place. I like that. I tend to misplace things and spend days looking for stuff.

I have been wanting a Kitchen Aid mixer for such a long time. When I finally purchased one, I couldn't wait to use it. I also bought some other attachments for it. It really makes baking more efficient and frees me up to get other things going while it is mixing. I really love it and I have been telling all my friends about it. When it is time to bake something, it doesn't feel like a chore, it is so easy and it does a great job!!! Thanks Kitchen Aid
