We bought this to use before Thanksgiving, took it home and would not start! Took it back where was bought and the new one the bowl had dent and machine numbers metal strip stocked out! Changed again and new one works.. Had issues with rebate too!!!

I have really been enjoying my machine. I almost didn't get it because of the cost, but it is well worth it. It mixes everything so well and fast. I bought the extra scraper beater and it works great, too. I like how it holds the bowl steady and the beater moves around. If I turned my old mixer too high, I thought the bowl would fly off. I also bought the shredder attachment and it is wonderful for shredding cabbage.
Pros: easy to use, Performance, Convenient Features, Design
Cons: thus far i have none to add.

Great mixer but....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used a kitchen aid mixer for over 50 years. They are the best. This new mixer seems to perform pretty good but the knobs on each side to lock it or control the speed of the beater are very cheap plastic and are sharp as I move them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought just before Thanksgiving, made great meringue and whipped potatoes. Used the dough hook for cinnamon buns and dough was light and airy. Very happy with purchase.
