I wish I had this years ago...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a Christmas gift from my son and his wife and I wonder why I did not make this investment years ago. I had been using what I thought was a good mixer, but there is a huge difference between good and amazing. If you are thinking about it, do it, you will be so happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been baking from scratch since I was 7 years old and I never had a stand mixer until very recently. When I finally decided to buy one, of course I looked at many brands and many more reviews before buying this KitcheAid Artisan stand mixer. Now I'm kicking myself for not buying one sooner. It has been a big game changer for me! It whips up meringues in nothing flat. Bread dough is now quick and easy! I can never go back to hand kneading again! Instead of baking something every other week, I now bake at least two things every week. My family and I just love it!

I have wanted a Kitchenaid all my married life but it was just something I had on my wish list. My daughter-in-law bought me one for my annivirsary. I never thought I would ever have on.
I have to say that it went above and beyoud what I was looking for. There is never anything you can't do with it.
So I'm telling all you cooks out there don't wait 50 years to get one. I don't know how I ever did without...
