This was purchased a month or so ago. I do like that it is powerful, although the lowest gear is faster than what I wanted it to be. Wish that there was a second smaller bowl for small jobs, but will have to get used to that.

This is our third, well fourth if you count the one we had to return within a year, KitchenAid stand mixer. We purchased this one because the reviews indicated that it would handle bread/pizza dough well. Unfortunately, it does not. Our 13 year old no frills KitchenAid is still better for dough. On the plus side it is very pretty and does a fine job with cookie dough and other recipes.
Pros: Design, Convenient Features

My husband is the cook in the family and he loves his new Kitchen Aid mixer. We also got the meat grinder attachment with sausage stuffer. The next night, we took a chuck roast and made our own ground beef! The steak burgers were delicious! Easy to clean, great price, and the kitchen Aid brand made this a great purchase! We know people who have the same mixer for over 20 years!

The is the best mixer I have ever used, and I really cannot get enough of the style and color to top it off. The mixer really has no limits to what it can do and handles each job with ease. I love it. The only downside to it is that it is a bit heavy. We have to store it in a low cupboard (not enough counter space right now to keep it up on it) and every time I want to use it, I need to ask my hubby to bring it up for me. Granted I do have a bad back. Overall, awesome, awesome appliance
