I had a Braun Mixer for 40 years and I loved it, didn't think I could like another mixer. I bought a Kitchen -Aid about a month ago. I can truly say I Love the Kitchen - Aid as well. Does all the hard mixing I want it to do. Great for making bread. Large cookie recipes. Bought the grinder attachment and it works great too, for grinding roast beef and chicken for sandwiches. Love it

Having some problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried making a loaf of bread from a recipe I found online for Kitchenaid stand mixer. the motor was jumpy. After much investigating it seem the beater was hitting the bottom of the bowl causing the motor to jump. We found how to adjust it but I haven't tried the mixer yet. I was surprised that quality control would not have noticed that before shipping the mixer to stores.

I love the mixer and the color red! I only have 1problem. I wish it came with another bowl which would be maybe a 3 qt.. It doesn't mix very good if there is a small quantity in large bowl. There are only 2 of us so sometimes I only make 1/2 recipe. The lg. one is good for bread and making dough for pierogies.

Wonderful and easy to use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The controls are pretty intuitive and the design is beautiful. My only issue is with one of attachments. The splash guard doesnt attach well or keep flour from flying out. It's like it doesnt doesn't fit the dementions of the bowl.
