[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my Kitchenaid stand up mixer two weeks ago. So far, I have used it to make bread and mondel bread. The mixer made my work so much easier by kneading the dough simply and easily. It also saved me considerable time by not having to knead dough by hand. Whew! I am interested in purchasing one of the attachments in the near future. This mixer is a fantastic addition to my cooking needs.

It is easy to operate and to clean, except for the wire whisk which requires hand washing (which really is no problem). I have wanted a Kitchenaide Stand Mixer for many years and am so happy to finally have one. The splatter shield is wonderful in helping keep messes to minimum.

This is my second KitchenAid stand mixer. I wore the first one out as I do a lot of baking. The mixer never let me down. The old one struggled to keep going. It was down to one speed (fast) and made a lot of noise when running. It was over 20 years old. This is a good product.
