A beautiful and useful addition to my wife's kitchen appliances....this is her 5th Kitchenaid since we were married 48 years ago. She not only uses the mixer to prepare mixes for cakes and candies but also uses the meat grinder and juicer attachments quite often. She says she likes the extra power the mixer has when she mixes the dough for Biscotti and her French Quarter Beignets.
