I have only used it twice since I purchased it. But being a bachelor it will be used quite a bit. I have it sitting on the counter because of the weight but everything else is great. I have the slicer attachment and the grinder. Awesome. I had to search for the Kitchenaid cover but finally found it. I was excited to find it came in multiple colors so I got the red. Perfect.

I bought the Artisan 5-Quart Tilt-Head Stand Mixer during the Black Friday sales. I had seen KitchenAid mixers being used numerous times on TV and in the kitchens of many friends. I didn't rush to buy one before because the stand mixer I owned was sufficient. Okay... somewhat sufficient! Needless to say, using the KitchenAid can be described as the difference between using an 8-track tape and an mp3! Totally awesome!!! Although I'm a little late, I'm so glad I finally made the switch!
