I wanted this forever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are a few issues I’ve come across. The splatter shield is terrible. Super flimsy. Falls off and does not stay in place. Makes it pretty much useless. Also the paddle, dough hook and whisk attachment need to be a little bigger to prevent sticking to the bowl. I understand I should have to scrape the sides but not every minute.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I was given a smaller kitcheaid mixer several years ago and I don't know how I cooked without it before. I love it. Everything is easier. Now I'm passing that one to my daughter and I've gotten the 5qt. size. Hooray! More attachments are the next thing.

Girlfriend loves to bake and always wanted a Kitchenaid mixer. Surprised her with one and she's commenting almost daily how awesome this mixer is. She no longer dreads holding her old mixer while adding ingredients and now doesn't mind the recipes that contain heavy batters. Now.... what to do with the extra pounds around my waistline...

Love the different speeds

I purchased my Kitchenaid during the Christmas Holiday. BOY did I put it to work. My cookies, breads, desserts put the appliance to the test. Happy to report it did just fine! So easy to use and such a wonderful help to me. No more hand mixing, portable hand mixer for us. This is a gem of an appliance and looks GREAT on my kitchen counter. Love the bright red color, especially. Worth every penny I spent.

I was very excited when I received this as a gift and it has been nothing but good to me. I use this mixer a lot for baking but have also found "hacks" for using it (like shredding chicken). I also like that there are a lot of attachable options for making pasta etc.
