I didn't know what I was missing! Just love it! Only one issue, the metal bowl needs to be scrubbed thoroughly. The first time I used it and poured the batter out, there were streaks of silver in the cake mix, even after I washed the bowl. Be sure to scrub it well before the first use!

This is my third Kitchenaid mixer - number one perished in a fire and I wore out the motor on number two. The only problem I have is that in less than one week the trim with the Kitchenaid name lifted and I have not been able to re-stick it. The appliance works great.
