I Love my Kitchen Aid. Love the color-Aqua Sky. looks very good in my kitchen.Have been baking a lot more now and trying new recipes. My Husband is glad that he bought it for me.

My husband purchased the Buttercup Artisan series mixer for me for my birthday. I had a Sunbeam stand mixer, but it was very old and just didn't have very much power behind it. I always loved using my mother's Classic series mixer, so he decided to buy me one of my own.
The Buttercup color is gorgeous! It looks even prettier in person and the photos online do not do it justice. If you love yellow then I recommend the Buttercup color.
I have had my mixer for well over a month now and I use it at least 4 times a week. I have made simple things, such as cookies, and used the dough hook to make pizza dough. One that I really like is I don't have to scrape the bowl an excessive amount like I had to with my previous mixer. It really does a great job and mixes everything evenly.
It came with the dough hook, the whip, and the beater, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that it also came with a pouring shield, which was not listed in the description at the site where my husband purchased it. The mixer is very versatile and you can use it to perform a variety of tasks.
One thing that I really loved was that when I purchased my mixer, KitchenAid was running a really great deal where I received a free meat grinder with purchase. It came in the mail a few days ago and I am impressed with the quality. I look forward to using the attachement soon and will most likely purchase the pasta attachment as well.

I am inexperienced in the kitchen, but I've found that the KitchenAid Mixer is an easy to use, perfect addition to ANY kitchen. While the initial cost to buy one is expensive, it'll pay for itself in smiles, great smells, and even better tastes. I love owning one, and am thankful that I received it.
