A serious multitasker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Confession time: when I was younger, I thought that every recipe should be complete by hand from start to finish. One batch of cookies using my college roommate’s mixer changed my mind. This fabulous gadget frees me up to complete other prep tasks while pretty much completing the recipe for me! What a time saver!

I bought this for my wife she washed everything before use ,tried to mix some dough for rolls [something she has done many times before by hand] . When she got through with the mixing process there were streaks of oily black substance in the dough not a good outcome. she started over mixing by hand and everything worked out . now she has no interest in even trying to use the mixer again .Money wasted!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The only con I have for this mixer is that it is very heavy. I love the scraper beater and the pour in shield very much it made mixing very clean and easy. The handle on the mixing bowl was very convenient also. I like very thing about the mixer and would recommend it. The colors are sensational but I stuck with the grey as it blended very well with my taste.
