BOWL WON'T STAY PUT!

I wrote a review 16 days ago titled BOWL WON'T STAY PUT! Was told to call them. Gave me their customer service phone number. I called and was on hold for one hour and just gave up. I think this is what they do. They put your call on hold and wait for you to give up! Worst customer service ever!!!! Looks like I'm stuck with this piece of junk.

Waste of money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A complete waste of money, expensive machine only to have to adjust a screw continually to try and get the machine to lock. I have had the machine for one month and had to take it in for repairs as it doesn't lock at all now!

Much improved baking results

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about 2 months ago, I wish I had bought it years ago. Arthritis in both hands has made baking more difficult so I was baking less often. , with this Kitchaid I am back to baking often. Cakes, frosting, and even bread have a much better texture. I've been thrilled with the results. The splash guard works very well despite reviews to the contrary. I do wish Kitchaid still made,the bowl liners so I could move smoothly between baking a cake then making frosting without gaving to wash the bowl. Overall...I'm in love.

The quality is too bad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bought 2 this mixers, in different colors and different time. the first one I bought, had used it for one year and stopped spinning. The second one, had used for 2 times and it stopped spinning.

Having some issues

When it’s on low speed it’s manageable when I’m making bread. But as soon as speed increases even just a little it is dangerous. the top part moves so it seems to unlock itself and the whole machine shakes and the bowl moves and it comes off. I literally have to hold it down to make sure it just doesn’t come apart. I am not sure why this has happening ?? I have been using this to make bread because what else is there to do in quarantine except try and cook and bake new things. So I am disappointed in this product.

Got a Lemon

Bought this directly from the Kitchen Aid website. Ordering and delivery were fine. Used the mixer to make cookies, and it worked great. Next use was to mix pizza dough - would not power on at first but then did work. Third use, for pizza dough again - no power at all. Tried four separate outlets - simply will not turn on. Had it only three months. I know it will get replaced, but this should not happen. Had to contact dinner guests to "uninvite" them from pizza party - not going to knead the dough by hand. Just very disappointing.

Rude customer service, bad product

mixer broke just after a year. I called Kitchen Aid and explained the issue. When I requested to speak to a manager, the operator hung up on me! Thanx for being rude kitchen aid!
