At last! The crown jewel of stand mixers

this was not powerful enough for a Grandmother's needs: I can't just bake a cake for my grandchildren, and not one for my husband and live-ins! So I gave this unit to my daughter for her family of husband and 2 small children, and I got myself the Professional (new) 7 quart lift-bowl Kitchenaid mixer. It does the job. As my mother said "Don't send a boy out to do a man's work."
