I am more than pleased by the performance of this mixer. It's a bit heavy but that's due to the size and quality of the motor - an acceptable trade-off. It handles ordinary and challenging mixing duties with ease giving excellent results. I'd recommend this to anyone who wants a dependable and long lasting stand mixer.
