I make my own whole wheat bread, and I put in oatmeal and other grains. I use my new kitchenaid mixer to knead the bread. Even though the dough is dense, this mixer gets the job done. Now, my bread is turning out the best it has ever been. It has body and doesn't crumble anymore. My old mixer couldn't handle the dough and took too long to knead. Thanks for a great product Kitchenaid.

I received this as a Christmas present (total surprise!) and I couldn't be more ecstatic! I've used it several times already - it makes baking so much more pleasant not having to mix doughs by hand! I definitely waited too long to buy the Artisan stand mixer. It has made many of my favorites easier and quicker to make, with plenty of power and ease of cleanup. Can't wait to add extras, starting with the ice cream maker.

Loving learning new tricks with the kitchen aid mixer! It is sturdy and dependable with all the parts necessary to make some wonderful recipes! Excited to use the meat grinder to make some sausage and hamburgers! Only wish it came with a couple attachments like the pasta maker or cheese shredder for the price.
