I bought the Kitchen Aid Artisan Stand mixer to help with mixing and kneading yeast bread dough due to shoulder injury. It did that and SO MUCH MORE. It is my favorite kitchen utensil and I use it at least once every day! I can't imagine how I got along without this for so many years.
